Our Terms and Conditions of Business – Mobile valeting and detailing services.
By agreeing to use our services it is accepted that clients have read & accepted our terms and conditions listed below.
Dynamix Detailing is a mobile-based service carried out at your home or workplace.
Specific working conditions are required to ensure both our safety and yours.
Dynamix Detailing cannot work on a busy main road, a road with heavy traffic,  a very narrow road or on a ‘pay or display’ car park.
At all times we will require access to power.
Dynamix Detailing requires 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
In the event of unprecedented traffic delays, incidents, emergencies, or weather changes that could prevent service from taking place, your appointment will be rescheduled.
If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, vomit, mold or blood, additional charges WILL apply. Please inform us in advance and provide photographs to ensure we give a fair estimate.
Clients should remove all personal belongings, money, and significant belongings, before any service, this INCLUDES child seats! – We take no responsibility for loss or damage.
Occasionally we may take photographs and videos of your vehicles to document on our website or social media pages. If you would not be happy to participate please let us know at the time of booking.
Upon booking in your vehicles we will ask you to read through these terms and conditions, so you agree to our terms of service.
We reserve the right to update our prices, terms and conditions, and services with clients being notified in advance
